1. First we meet, and discuss what exactly your requirements are. We prefer to create an informal environment so that you are at ease. Forget for a moment that we are the experts and tell us what your dream is. We will then outline a brief plan for you, to give you an idea as to how we can help shape it.
2. Expect a call, a fax or a mail from us within a few days to give you a better outline of the project at hand. We will also give you a quote because we believe that the surprise should be in the end product and definitely not in the bill! We love deadlines so feel free to give us one.
3. The experts will then get into the little details of your project by making an action plan which would give you an idea as to when you can expect to see further developments. We would be in constant touch with you with the latest updates. Whatever suggestions or changes you may have will be gladly incorporated at any stage.
4. Finally the project is completed within the stipulated time, and will be tested on various grounds to ensure that it is totally glitch free when it reaches you.
5. The project is handed over to you.
